The VP's job is to organize many of the group's events. I am
well versed in this capacity after leading my residence hall's advisory council
for the last two years and being an active member for all four years of
undergrad. I organized several events per semester for dorms of up to 500
people and another semester-long event for an entire campus, also of about 500
people. For this work I received the "best RAC member of the year"
award from the council's parent organization and was inducted into the national
residence hall honor society, which welcomes the top 1% of student leaders in
the dorms.
